Return Policy

1.Return/exchange is available if dresses are damaged, incorrect or have imperfection. All purchases must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of time and in brand-new condition as you received them.

3.Buyer needs to take care return postage and let me know when you return.
4.Dresses which have been worn, altered (must be no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations) or customized dresses can not be returned or exchanged.
5.If it is not my fault, you just don’t want it. All returned gowns will have a 30% restocking fees applied from the full purchase price of the gown. And refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 20% restocking fees.
