Kester EP256
solder paste in all our mission critical work.  EP256 is a no-clean, air or nitrogen reflowable, solder paste specifically designed for maximum robustness in reflow profiling
and stencil printing. EP256 has the widest possible reflow processing window.
No-clean flux formula. The residues don’t need to be removed for typical applications.
Flux residue is non-corrosive and non-conductive
Most of the time we screen new PCBs with it, but occasionally we need to do a simple lay down of a few SMDs.  Rather that using our bulky mechanical (expensive) solder paste applicator, we always have a number of syringes on our benches filled with fresh solder paste.
There’s no getting around that fact that this
